Whats the best way to get my baby moving?
Im 22 weeks pregnant on Sunday and today i took a tumble off of a ladder and ever since ive had incredible bellyache. My midwife has said not to panic and too visit her on Monday. Im a bit worried as baby hasn’t moved ever since. Is there a way that I could make baby move? Just to get some reassurance.

well what gets my baby moving is.. when i eat something. or especially drink something cold. also when i lay down i feel him moving the most. usually when i’m ready to go to sleep. it was more when i laid on my back. (which is too uncomfortable for me now!) and babies seem to have days where they move a lot for a day or two, then calm down for a few days. mine still does and that i am 32w4d
my cousin had a fall off a chair hanging up something i think with her last baby, and he was just fine.
