Well, shops that tend to cater towards Paganism and Witchcraft are a good place to start. New Age stores, apothecaries, occult book stores, etc. However, it really depends on where you are at. Witchvox, http://www.witchvox.com/ is really handy in that it has a very in-depth listing of where you might meet people interested in the same thing as you.
