How can I get rid of an evil spirit haunting me?
I know that some spirit is haunting me. I can smell cigar smoke, and sometimes cologne. I also hear wierd noises that I have never heard before when I am alone. Things also seem to get knocked over more often then before. I also can hear a man’s voice sometimes when I am trying to sleep. How can I get rid of this spirit if it is evil? I am wiccan, so I am looking for a spell, or some other resolution.
First of all, why would you think that this is “an evil spirit”, and why would you think that they are “haunting” you, just because they are visiting your home? Perhaps this man is knocking things over because he can’t get your attention any other way.
I always sense the smell of smoke when my beloved Dad is around. He died 14 years ago and knows that the smell of smoke will get my attention immediately. He was always tending his woodstove and that smell is unmistakable to me. My Mom-In-Law loved lilacs. I can always tell when she is around by the beautiful floral scent that fills the room.
There is no time on the other side. He could be a relative of yours who passed away a long time ago. He could be anyone who is trying to communicate with you for any reason. You might know someone who he is trying to reach, like a friend or family member. They sometimes come just to pay you a visit. Why would someone who loved you in life not want to visit you now?
If you are truly Wiccan, you should know better than to call this person an evil spirit and look for a way to banish them. This is NOT something to be taken lightly! This is not something that you should even consider doing.
If you are new to Wicca, you should ask your Coven leaders for knowledge and help. If you are trying to learn about Wicca on your own and are practicing as a solitary, then you have a LOT to learn and should not fool around with things like this.
If you truly are afraid of this spirit, simply ask them to go in peace in the name of your specific God/Goddess. Your guardians will not allow any harm to come to you. Remember that you can burn sage, or sage incense in your home to cleanse it of any negative energies too.
