i am asking this because i just broke up with my boyfriend and the next morning he called me and suggested i should get reiki healing from his mum who is a reiki master…
No. I am a Reiki Master in the Usui tradition… You can’t manipulate someone’s mind through Reiki.
It can be used to help you through this difficult time though. If you broke up with him, he could be suggesting it because he feels that your dating him is in your best intrests and that Reiki will “show you the way”.
Don’t worry though, that can’t happen. He could also be suggesting that you see his Mom in the hopes that you’ll get to see him more often (especially if you’re going to his house to get it done).
If you do decide to go (definately a nice experiance if you’ve never had it done), then it would be unethical on his mother’s part to mention your relationship and ask that you two get back together, and you can tell her that.
