Is it safe to drink Crystal Light On the Go green tea if you may be pregnant?

I think I might be pregnant and I read somewhere that drinking green tea too (has caffeine) it's bad for you. However I can not find any information that convinces me that I should not drink 32 ounces of Crystal Light on green tea every day. Can anyone advise me or point me to a site useful?
