Wicca cleansing without burning?

I am moving into a dorm room next month and I would feel alot better if I was able to spiritually cleanse it. I usually would burn a sage smudge stick but it is strictly forbidden to burn anything (such as candles or incense), or without casting a full out circle (i dont think my roommate would be too up to that)
what herbs should I use?

You may, as others have said, spread the sage around the room. Sometimes I use herbs in such a way for circle casting.

Or you can sprinkle them in the corner of each room, OR you can hang a small sage bundle over the door. Even growing it would bring it the helpful cleansing energies in. From time to time you can burn ONE leaf … i’d so do that.

Holy water, either from church or created by you, just sprinkle it around the room. Don’t over do it with the salt though. One time my hand slipped and i added a pinch too much and i had stupid stains on my walls. Lol.

WHat you can do for faster better distribution is fill a spray bottle (usually $1 at wal mart) with holy water and if you want throw in a pinch of salt…just a pinch. Shake it up and spray away. You can even leave sage on a bowl of water so it can absorb the energies then stick that in the spray bottle as well.

Someone mentioned crystals. You can use quartz (one at each corner) amethyst, amber, citrine and carnelian are easy to find and great for such a purpose.

Now going back to that spray bottle, just like you used sage to prepare water for cleansing you can drop in some citrine or some other stone that you want into water and put it in sunlight from the time the sun rises to before it sets. Pour into spray bottle and spray it around.

Other than this a grounding meditation. But after you cleanse yourself keep taking up the energy and expand it to keep growing to fill the entire room. Continue to do this until you the light touches everything and every corner and you feel ready to come back.
